7 Days easy return and exchange policy
Mandatory : To ensure a seamless return or exchange process, we kindly require customers to film an unboxing video upon receiving their package. This documentation serves as proof of condition and helps us resolve any issues with damaged or missing items promptly.

Damaged / Manufacturing Defects• Claims for damaged or manufacturing-defective items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.• Only manufacturing defects will be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection and approval.• Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with original tags and packaging.• Damage caused due to wear and tear, improper use, or incorrect cleaning (e.g. cleaning with water) will not be considered a manufacturing defect.⸻Eligibility for Exchange• Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.• Original packaging must be intact and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.• Items that show signs of use, stains, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.⸻Exchange Limit• Only one exchange is allowed per order.• Once an exchange has been processed, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again, under any circumstances.⸻Sale & Discounted Items• Sale, Clearence or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.• The only exception is in case of a verified manufacturing defect, reported within the stated time frame.⸻Quality Inspection & Approval• All return and exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.• The brand reserves the right to approve or reject any claim if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.⸻Important Notes
• Requests raised after the allowed time period will not be entertained.• Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
• Threats of negative reviews or public pressure will not influence policy decisions• In case of any exchange, reshipment charges will be applicable according to your region.
